I've always been drawn to exploring the meaning of life, spirituality, alternative medicine, and energy. My daughter has been very creative from a young age. What started as a candle project she couldn't handle has grown into a candle company with many ambitions for me.

Ever since I can remember, candles have held a special appeal for me. A flame can bring warmth, comfort, and magic. But at the same time, I see that many people don't get a good feeling from them. They get short of breath, get headaches, or simply can't enjoy a burning candle at all. Especially people who are sensitive and struggle with HSP, ADHD, autism, allergies, or have experienced trauma seem excluded from something so many take for granted: the softness and ambiance of candlelight.

I wanted to do something about that.

My mission is to create candles that are more than just candles: an energetic ritual in flames. Candles that burn softly and pure, so you too can feel safe and fully enjoy. Because a candle doesn't have to be a source of headaches and triggers, but can actually become a source of peace and healing.

My vision is to make people aware that a candle isn't just a piece of wax with a wick. Every candle can be a ritual, a moment of connection with yourself or with something larger. That's why I energetically charge my candles, so they radiate not only light and fragrance, but also strength, support, and positive energy.

With my work, I want to convey that a candle is more than just decoration. It's a gentle reminder that you can breathe, slow down, and receive. That you can enjoy something beautiful, without fear of discomfort or discomfort.

Every candle I make is an invitation:
to choose consciously, enjoy consciously and let yourself be carried by the light and energy hidden in every flame.

Zentao came about after my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I hold a Jing Luo therapist and Reiki master diploma. It was time to combine all my knowledge and strengths so I could reach and help even more people.

Tao is translated as "the way of," and Zen is colloquially translated as relaxation. Zentao therefore means "the way of relaxation."

"Essence" refers to the deeper core of what we create—not just a pleasant scent, but a feeling, an experience. Each product is carefully formulated to not only stimulate your senses but also support your energy and create an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and well-being.
